Guide to Successfully Completing Your CIBT Passport Service Order 

Step 1

Download the Passport Application Kit specific to the passport service you need.  Depending on the processing speed selected, you may need to call the CIBT customer service number in your Passport Application Kit to schedule a passport submission appointment with the US Passport Agency. 

Step 2

Gather all of the required documents outlined in your Passport Application Kit and complete all necessary forms.

Step 3

Send your completed passport application to the CIBT location designated in your Passport Application Kit.
